“哇！好漂亮！”一个同学说。我看见窗上有同学们自己的`剪的雪花；门上贴着圣诞老人；进门时，你会看见门的两边有2串雪花，中间有彩带，这是一个我们自己设计的门帘；黑板上、灯上也卷着彩带，从后面往黑板上方看你会看见两个会动的小人……
为了迎接这个英语晚会，我们大家都做了很多的准备呢！有的同学布置教室，有的同学在为我们英语节更加热闹在不辞辛劳地排练小品、故事、课本剧……
英语节晚会开始了：马元睿等同学先给我们表演唱歌，接着钱江宁等同学给我们表扬课本剧，还有平常调皮捣蛋的张瑞等同学给我们带来精彩而有趣的小品，引的我们哄堂大笑……支持人为了让我们放松心情，让我们做了一个小游戏：踩气球游戏，最后得胜者是陈易铭。
真是真人不露相，这几个节目真是让我们觉得他们真的有一手。
每个节目表演过后评委都会亮分到晚会结束后看哪组得分最多，哪组就获胜，最后获胜的是陈易铭。表演过后，来了一个高大的圣诞老人，他发给我们圣诞礼物，我们边吃边笑，晚会接近了最后的高潮，我们每个脸上都带着欢快而喜悦的笑容，心情无比激动。连其他班级的老师、校长都说，五（1）班的晚会是全校最热闹，最有活力的班级。明年我们还要办的更好，更精彩的晚会，每个同学都要拿出自己的绝活儿，表演给大家。
